How To Control the panic Attacks ?

And whenever something goes wrong in that situation a person becomes highly susceptible to a panic attacks.These attacks can happen any where and anytime and are generally without warning.
So, what basically is a panic attack?
There is no definite answer to this question, but a simple explanation would be, “when ever you are in a situation where you are under any kind of threat the body gets into a state of reacting to the threat”, in a panic attack your body gets into this state of reaction with out any real threat being present at all.
Now, the main question is how do we stop panic attacks?
There is no definite way to immediately curb the symptoms of panic attack like- heavy breathing, high heart beat rate etc. but you can follow certain advises that might just do the trick for you.
When ever your have panic attacks try to immediately get involved in some other activity.Watching some funny show might be a good option.
To stop panic attack you should try and control your mind, as mostly the problem is psychological.
Try drinking water and telling your mind that it is calming you down.
There have been many researches on how to stop panic attacks but till date there is no concrete medication that can immediately help you get over the situation.
Generally,when you go to a doctor and ask him how to stop panic attacks,he would advise you relaxation techniques, meditation, yoga and other exercises that would bring synchronization and stability to the body.
In severe cases therapy with may be advised along with a few anti-anxiety medications and antidepressants.
Besides all this it is important to remember that it is a treatable disease.
