– regular weight lifting has some advantages associated with it. While lifting weights your muscles burn extra calories thereby loosing the extra belly fat. The more you develop muscles, the more power you get to carry out regular activities. With more muscles you also get the power to lose extra fat. Do not get confused with fat and muscles. Muscles is not fat, it takes less space than fat and is attractive and firm.
